Buying Permament PR1-PR3 Links

I am looking for Permanent Links on webpages or blogs that are PR1-PR3. Here are my criteria: I am looking for blog-roll links and links on quality content sites Link must be dofollow Link must be placed on page with fewer than 15 other outbound links Links on text link sites, web directories, or adult or gambling sites are not acceptable. Link page must be pr1++ We do not accept links on blogs that sell sponsored blog posts. Your site must have at least 200++ backlinks according to Yahoo's Site Explorer If you have a website that meets this criteria, please send me your url.
