Bulk Emailmarketing 1,5 Million Daily- Interspire System with Server

We are looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing with INTERSPIRE. Ideally you have your own stable email server for bulk emails. We want someone who is experienced in setting up an email server (using Interspire) that is able to handle: - at least 1,5 Million emails per day - should be able to use multiple rotating IP addresses (512 IPs or more) -We are doing Marketing in Europe (Germany, UK) - optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer - the use of multiple SMTP servers must be supported - the use of multiple IP addresses and domain names - setup of maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour must be supported - Inbox (even on free Mails) must have a high rate -The Server should be with Security and a Firewall - With Cron Job -We pay every week due to many bad experiences. IMPORTAND: The amount is divided by 4 Weeks and paid on time every week. We are CAN-SPAM compliant but our lists, although opt-in, are aged so we will likely have some spam complaints. We are looking for a solution that won’t shut us down due to complaints and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional rotating IPs. You have to remove the blacklisted IPs.
