Analyze and SWOT

Charts and visuals are good but I need to see project / recommended spend of Adwords vs Bing vs Facebook.. I am looking for someone who know SEO, Google Analytics simply digital marketing in general. This is a simple project I don't have time to do myself. I need you to analyze website, find competitors report what they are spending on their digital marketing and a strategy to beat them or at least be more competitive in driving traffic to the site for conversions of phone call or form leads. I need you to consider all things in regards to digital marketing from social media (facebook, linkedin, G+, youtube, Twitter etcetera..) engagement to paid search to blogs to email marketing. I need to know what you think should be best digital marketing mix. I am looking for a SWOT analysis and assessment and plan suggestions. Products/Services: How can you develop your products or services? Prices/Fees: How can we change our pricing model? Place/Access: What new distribution options are there for customers to experience our product, e.g. online, in-store, mobile etc. Promotion: How can we add to or substitute the combination within paid, owned and earned media channels? Physical Evidence: How we reassure our customers, e.g. impressive buildings, well-trained staff, great website? People: Who are our people and are there skills gaps? Partners: Are we seeking new partners and managing existing partners well?. I need someone who can write coherently where as the information can be transcended. I will provide website and files after you accept the job. You read a lot but really all I want to have a little high level report with action plan recommendations
