I need a structured and well detailed social media strategy. Specifically designed for my company, we are online ‘Cash for gold’ buyers; this is not a cool industry even seen by some as predatory. [login to view URL] Task is: devise a clear and effective social media strategy and development process to get the best out of all platforms. We have 1300 real UK twitter followers and tweet daily about current affairs. We want to interact on all channels but lack the required knowledge to start a positive campaign to attract followers, gain goodwill and develop positive vibes. We do not require our social media activity to integrates directly with our online business. We have a great Blog writer, and most social media accounts some will need revamping to fit new strategy; presently designed to advertise core business. We will consider any idea to offer value to our audience. (one idea is FB image sharing site with free really cool images) Our aim is to create the quality social media engagement that Google values for SEO purpose. If at the same time we can build specialist focus and get noticed and followed as an industry leader that would be a great bonus and gradually bring more business however this is our secondary aim.
