Adwords Specialist needed

Hi I need a google adwords specialist for creating campaigns for me and managing them. I need advertising for My iiPhone unlock and jailbreak services. I don't have adwords account so you need to create campaigns on your mcc or personal account. I need high converting campaigns and i track the results with a special URL that you need to use it as Destination URL on ads. You should clearly state How much is ad campaigns daily spending budget and your daily cost as a manager separately on PM (send PM to me) . you should bid at hourly rate. I am looking for long term advertising so i don't need any campaign made by coupons, don't bid if you are a coupon account maker. as there are many scammers (make accounts with coupons) I need someone to start the campaign and show online ad before any milestone paid.
