Big Outsource Project of Monthly Offsite SEO

We are currently in the process of outsourcing some of their SEO work to an external agency. We maintain 80 clients at this present time totalling 476 keywords, which is increasing day by day. Initially you will be delegated 16 keywords to work on which have been allocated to our clientele. Our clientele are based within varying industries and sectors. We do not wish to provide one clientele per company but instead some keywords to work on and improve because if you as the service provider do not perform then the whole account is affected. Once we see improvement on the account you will be allocated more keywords and clients. To be successful and maintain our relationship with you as the service provider and receive further work in the future we wish to see weekly statistics on the keywords provided. If we see the ranking increasing and the keywords performing then of course you will receive more clients to work on and more money respectively. 1.3 EXPECTATIONS What you as the service provider can expect from us: • Articles to be published and spun to suite the companies we have delegated to you. • Competitive Keyword list which we wish you to rank. • Branding documents for your reports that you must provide. • More clients / money depending upon campaign performance. • Payment made to you on a weekly basis. • We will supply an article for every keyword we provide you. We expect the following from you as the service provider: • Proven track record. • Comprehensive weekly reporting / feedback. • Ability to rebrand reports in our name. • Ability to start work straight away on 16 keywords ranging multiple clients. • Billing at the end of each week (weekly payments) • No fixed contract period • No payments in excess totalling $800 per month. • Good communication between both parties. • Comprehensive breakdown of where comments/content and links have been posted and a link to them. • Posting content and links on relevant websites related to our clients that is well written and grammatically correct. • We expect 50% of the keywords allocated to you, to have a page 1 rank within a 3-4 month period. Once achieved you must provide a screen shot as proof. • Purely catering for the [login to view URL] search related results. • Natural Google +1 and Facebook Likes • Tweets • All content will need to be approved before you post it. 1.4 CONDITIONS OF OUR AGREEMENT We do not support black hat techniques or mal practice that violates the terms and Algorithms of any search engine. If we discover that such techniques have been used to achieve instant results which may then result in a penalty from a search engine or worse being black listed, our contract is null and void and you will not receive further payment from us. Increased performance week on week of the keywords will result in more clients being allocated to you and your service being favoured ahead of others in your industry. We have the right to end the service agreement with your party if your expectations stated above are not met. We want an ongoing relationship so we need to see results constantly.
