Need 50 backlinks from PR3+ pages (not just from PR3+ domains, but from PR3+ pages, which means page with link to my website should have PR = 3 or higher) on the main page of my website (tech blog). This links can be with any logical anchor texts. Also, need 20 PR1+ links (not just from PR1+ domains, but from PR1+ pages, which means page with link to my website should have PR = 1 or higher) on custom urls on this website (20 links on each of 5 urls i will give) those links should be with certain anchors I will provide. All links should be live for not less then 1 year (better constant links). Job should be done in 1.5 months. I will create milestones for 1/3 of the budget and will release them after each 2 weeks after receiving link reports.
