Fitness is my life. I'm practically always involved in nutrition researches, testing out different diets to see how they will impact my overall health. Basically, i know pretty much all about gluten free diet, paleo diet, low carb diet, caloric deficit, their pros and cons and in general nutritional content of most food items.
