Affiliate Provider

Hi there, I'm in the process of building a company that will be buying and selling websites from flippa and need someone with the ability too: (Ideally the same person) 1. Must have full knowledge of affiliate networks and how to setup everything up for me. 2. Ability to know the best positioning of affiliate banners etc. 3. Ability to make some edits to the website that we buy. 4. Ability to do SEO research and determine which is the best way to make money - 5. good knowledge of Adknowledge, PPC, Adsense etc as to which is the best way to market the new site. 6. Ability to research a project and make some good recommendation to how to build the network in terms of getting the most sales. What I Don't WANT is: 1. Someone who just wants to sell me SEO services - there are millions of people doing that. 2. Don't want someone who doesn't have experience in build marketing plans for affiliate and service based companies. 3. Don't want anyone who who doesn't understand campaigning, Affiliates etc. I would rather find a partnering consultant to take the new site, do the search into the best want to monetize it an then organise and manage the process - Looking for a partner which might even see some benefit in revenue share if the campaigns go well on top of the hour sly rate. Have my first project to monetize - ready to go... On real contenders please...
