Adwords expert needed. Many accounts - Monthly fixed salary

I need someone who can produce 1 account per 30 minute loaded with $50, $75 or $100 each. There are so many strategies to reach targeted clicks, but i'd like to tell you in-depth about my websites first . We can use dynamic keyword insertion (included long tail KWs as always recommended) for our keywords, playing bids management, split test, highlighting features etc. But as you know most known CTR doesn't mean conversion, so we should given a priority to the ads that produce more conversions for the better ROI. Please bid if you are an expert and can do all this. Will select someone fast. I am not paying per account. I am paying you a monthly salary only.
