We are a UK based online retailer who have recently opened a Japanese sister web site for our UK store

We are trying to open an account for Yahoo Japan for cost per click advertising as we understand that this is the primary browser used for online advertising.

Unfortunately we are finding this extremely difficult due to language barriers and the fact that we do not have an address in Japan.
