Build traffic and comments to a blog

I need you to arrange for increased traffic to a certain blog related to travel. At least 5% or so of the traffic should be of real people who are interested in travel. For the rest, I don't mind if they are people who are uninterested in travel but are incentivized by you in some way to visit it. Around 1-3% of the visitors should leave comments on what they read - but never any sort of spam. The comments must be/appear legitimate. Traffic should grow in such a way that it doesn't seem unnatural when looking at the google analytics. Please PM me with an outline of how you plan to approach this project so that I can be confident you know what you're doing, and with approximate costs per traffic amount.
