Lead generation - US email submits

I'm searching for someone who's able to generate quality email submit leads. I've got a big range of offers for nearly every category. Leads must fit the quality guidelines. I'm in close contact to the advertisers and always get reports about the quality. US only. If the advertiser don't pays me because of fraudulent leads, I'm surely not able to pay you. You should know yourself what is allowed. No incentive.
