Fresh email opt-in list

Hello, I'm interested in buying fresh and active email lists. All emails id's should be from United States and must be double opt-in email lists. Here are my requirements and you should strictly follow these steps before bidding or PM me. Or else, I will reject them flatly. 1. Email id's should belongs to USA people (double opt-in email lists) 2. All Emails id's should be Active and fresh and must be a responsive List. 3. You must provide a sample of at least 2500 email id's for testing them. So that, I can get some ideas. 4. Payments will be given after successful completion only. No upfront/advance payment. 5. Please mention "I agree with your requirements" in your PM or bid. 6. If you are not willing to follow these requirements, don't waste your time in bidding and by sending PM. 7. I expect a high rate of email views (more than 10%) 8. I also need a Bulk Mailer who can handle the above List with Delivery rate 80-90% (Who can do these two will be given priority) 9. I need a responsive list I don’t need Junk or Scrapped List. 10. If you are success with this, then more projects will be given to you. 11. If you receive "REMOVE" request from the email recipient, you must immediately remove that user's email ID. 12.
