Terms: If candidate is able to close a client worth > R15000 (Approx $1500) and less Commission will be at a rate of 15% If candidate is able to close a client worth R16000 < (Approx $1600 and +) and more Commission will be at a rate of 35% There are no limits on how many clients you can bring in and therefore meaning no limit on how much you can make. Hello, Thanks for posting this. I went through all the details posted by you. I have some question , Please clarify. 1) When the commission will be distributed ? At the time of project allotment or after completion ? 2) I have good experience on bidding from elance, freelancer, odesk, I have 3 person for the same and have 10 accounts on these various websites. IS that ok, the clients from these websites? 3) I am good in programming as well, 6+ Year development experience. 4) In which area you want to provide service? programming area ? 5) Do I need to handover all the client details with you ? after project allotment you can manage further ? My core responsibilities are: 1) Bidding on websites daily minimum 100 bid from all the accounts. 2) These includes, HTML, HTML 5, ASP.NET, PHP, WORDPRESS, DRUPAL, JOOMLA, MAGENTO, MOBILE APPS, ANDROID, IPHONE, WEB MOCKUP DESING, APP MOCKUP DESIGN,GRAPHICS DESIGN, LOGO DESIGN, VOLUSION, BIGCOMMERCE, OPEN CART ETC. 3) Take proper meeting with client and arrange technical interview with the panel, (I can manage those things, as I am programmer). 4) describe the Man day and cost estimation required with client, negotiate and provide confidence to client , that he meet the right person the there is no regret after project allotment. 5) min price project 200$ & max 5500$ & more in mobile app and web app. Please provide me the answers on the same then we will talk further. thanks
