Ad /link sellers needed

We want to sell text link ads on our large network of sites (the theme of most sites is insurance). I am looking for people who will contact potential buyers and offer them to purchase text link ads on the sites. You will receive a package of 5 sites with page rank 1 - 5 (one of each). These are old domains with almost no outgoing links and most of them are on different IPs so they should prove valuable to the right buyer. We want to keep the quality of the sites so no site is going to have more than 10 links on it. This means that in total you should be selling 50 links on one package. Once a site is full you will receive another one to sell links on. Payment is partly flat and partly commission. You will receive a list of minimum rates for ads (an ad will not be sold at lower price than that) and will get a flat rate for each link sold at that price. Additionally, if you manage to sell an ad at a higher price than the minimum rate, you will receive 30% of the difference as commission. We will be selling ads on a monthly basis (no permanent links) so this can ad up quite quickly. * *What you need to bid on** is the minimum amount you want to be paid for a sale of 50 links at the minimum price. We prefer someone with experience in the field.
