Assisteer mij met Bulk Marketing

We are in need of a freelancer that is going to assist and help with our email marketing. The server is already setup and running with interspire. Now we have some problems and need to have an expert of interspire and mass email marketing. This person is going to work on a weekly base or if needed. Tasks are server configuration adjustments and maintennce, server whitelisting, list clearing, inbox ration advice, content analysis etc.

Please reply with your experience and your rate per hour.
