I have a modern type chandelier (about 20 lbs) and I need it installed in my ceiling which is 18' high. The existing ceiling fan needs to be removed first. Looking for someone who is comfortable working at heights and a licensed and insured electrician. The new chrome chandelier is pictured on the floor and the black ceiling fan in the second picture is what needs to be removed and replaced.
