Hi, This is a Building design project. Brief: A new development is planned on a 87,000 sqm plot area in the inner city. The project consisted of car park, shopping mall, furnature market, food market, cafe and restaurants, machines room and services. The total built up area is more than 250,000 sqm. The shopping mall is of ground + 2 storey and planned to accommodate shopping area, hypermarket, department store, food court, and kids playground. Total build up area is 104,103sqm Note that the building will be constructed in Australia, so must adhere to the AvailableAustralian Design Standards and shall be constructed from standard Australian materials. A full set of architectural drawings is approved by the owner and made available for the structural design team.
