Comic Book Project - Dark Superhero sci-fi fantasy - Full Color

Attention Artists:
You must know superhero comics. Poses, action, sequential storytelling, drama, facial expressions, exaggerated and regular anatomy.
I'm looking for an individual or art team to illustrate a graphic novel of approx 42 pages . Looking for full color but will consider black and white. It's not a superhero story as what you're accustomed to, but there are super powered cosmic beings in the story. It can be dark and poetic, broody, somewhat fun (It's mostly a drama), and epic in scope. Sci-fi and superhero fantasy are the genres, but not in the typical sense. If you like Silver Surfer or anything cosmic that takes place mostly on earth, than that's a start. I would prefer an artist have some range and not one particular style. Have comic book sensibilities but take the storytelling beyond that.
Art I love and wouldn't mind if yours is inspired by these artists are: Jae Lee, Olivier Coipel, Jim Lee, Greg Capullo, Frank Miller, James O'Barr, David Mack, Jock, JH Williams III, and the list goes on and on.
I am leaning toward a style with sharp line work and a heavier inking style, for a slightly darker mood. Colors should have photo real special effects at times, and most colors should be bold. So I don't want to lose the beauty of the inks. We can discuss this to find a balance. I'm not looking to mimic the colors of Marvel or DC, but some of their books really stand out.
Please provide page rates for pencils, inks, colors, lettering. I would prefer to pay in Canadian dollars. All images will need to be provided in hi res so I can print in standard comic size, oversized hardcover, and for digital publishing.
Please have an updated portfolio with your sequential art. If you're an amateur artist that's needing a break, I'll consider your work. Though the story is 275 pages, we can begin in smaller quantities.
