I'm looking for a skilled children's book illustrator to create 4 or 5 smallish line drawings for children's adventure book a la The Famous Five by Enid Blyton [login to view URL](series) . It will initially be turned into an eBook so resolution does not have to be a good as print. I want 4 (400 x 400 px) black and white illustrations in the book, 4 small B & W line drawings (150 x 150 px)of individual items and one colour illustration (750 x 1000 px) to be used on the cover. You don't have to create the cover just the illustration. The book's title is The Secret of Flynn's Island. Here are a few examples of the style of the book, that may be helpful [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will provide further descriptions of the required illustrations when I select the right person. I'd be interested to see some line drawings and other styles of illustrations in your portfolio. I am not interested in computer generated cartoony type stuff. This needs a free hand illustrator.
