Book Cover Image: Women's "Medical Outcasts" Academic Book

Hello. I have a one=week turnaround. DEADLINE: Aug. 20, 2015. You MUST sign copyright contract giving me FULL COPYRIGHT ownership/usage of image. Here's a quick look at book: [login to view URL] Basically, it's a book (comparative analysis) about undocumented Mexican and Zimbabwean seeking emergency healthcare -- so it's about: •1st and foremost women - ethnic look of Hispanic and African •women's human rights ---- NON-maternal, so no children or babies at all. •emergency healthcare - so injury (trauma or extreme illness) - no wheelchair (this is emergency, not chronic care) •xenophobia - fear/hatred of foreigners/ the "other-ing" of people who are different from you I might envision a VERY SIMPLE (singular) abstract image (I think watercolor would look phenomenal) of a woman/women (ethnic, but face is non-recognizable ) seated on ground with long traditional dress/skirt with head bandaged / or arm in sling bandage or some such image... Of course, I'm sure you may envision some other ideas as well so all creativity is most welcome. PREFER: hand-drawn image rather than computer-generated image Thank you, Thank you.
