Character Design and Illustration for TV Show

We are looking for a TALENTED illustrator and designer to design four of our characters and two background designs for a pitch bible. Once hired I will show you another pitch bible so that you can see what we are after. Ideally you will be responsible for creating the characters and overall feel of the show.
Please show me character illustration samples or anything that you find relevant to the task at hand. Must be high quality work like the work I have attached (from another show of ours).
Our budget is low but will lead to more work.
