The idea is so simple, yet I have a specific look in mind. It is a water color and ink. A smart and light looking cartoon. The feel of 'The Tao of Pooh'. There is an illustrated (non threatening looking) tornado that has a small tardis (Doctor Who) telephone box, with a red Superman cape flying from inside of it on the right near to the top. Like the tornado picked up Superman while he was changing in a phone box and he is going on an adventure. It ought to have a light and intriguing whimsical feel, not threatening or dramatic. That is all. Please give me a modest quote, I am looking for $30 most. This is NOT for an actual book cover. It is only for the book proposal, to offer publishers a sense of the feel that the book may have. It is out of pocket for me, a starving writer :c] yet when picked up we may work together once more with a proper budget. I just require this one image, I will create the rest of the book cover on my own. A nice part of any portfolio when compete.
