Build a responsive eCommerce Portal along with mobile app

We need an eCommerce website and need to developed the project in 2 Phases. Phase 1 : A responsive website Phase 2: Hybrid App for Android and iOS Phones and Tablet Devices Phase 1 of the project: We need to get a fully responsive eCommerce website built with around 12-15 screens. Capability of the website will include searching/browsing the products and also the possibility to buy the products. Integration of payment gateways will be required. Phase 2 of the project For the same eCommerce portal, we would like to get mobile app developed for Android & iOS. Deliverable expected Phase 1 1. A fully functional responsive website, working with the sample JSON request responses. 2. System Testing evidences on last 3 versions of IE, Chrome, Safari and Mozilla. 3. System Testing evidence on iPad 3, iPad air, iPhone 4,5 & 6, and 6 Android and 2 Windows phone 4. Bi-Weekly project review with us to share the progress 5. Full Ownership of code 6. Full Ownership of code and an agreement that these will not be shared with other clients 7. UAT testing - To be performed and signed-off by us 8. This project requires screens to be built using backbone/jQuery or Angular/Bootstrap/jQuery or any MVC JavaScript library. 2. Back-end for the site will be developed separately and is not included as part of this project. This means that the UI will be completely headless and all communication to back-end will be via JSON request and responses which will be provided. 3. The UI should be fast enough to display large JSON responses, thus performance will be a key criteria for us. This includes faster search, quick display. We will compare the product delivered against top eCommerce Websites like Flipkart, Big Basket and Amazon. This is true for both phases of the project. 4. For Mobile apps should be hybrid in nature. 5. The website should be fully responsive with no horizontal scroll bar in all the pages. 6.
