Convert approx 25 PDF files to HTML (markup only)

We have an archive of 25 single-page articles that were published in a magazine. We wish to upload the content to our website, but we only have PDF versions of the files. Some of the text can be copied, and pasted, some cannot. We want someone with basic HTML skills to type up the articles in HTML. We require markup only, no formatting is needed. The formatting will be handled by an external CSS stylesheet. We just need the original copy, with header, p, li, and table markup where necessary. You should also warn us if there is additional content in the PDF files, such as diagrams, that couldn't be converted into HTML. We have many different projects coming up, so there may be ongoing work for a suitable candidate.
