Car buyer lead site

The home page can be a simplified autotrader look alike Visitor comes in and fills out a form like autotrader to look for a car. The script searches autotrader, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to find listings. Admin should be able to add new site for search. All listings that match the search are shown without the source and seller information ( where the ad is ) to get dealer info, the visitor has to fill out name first and last email address and submit. The script than sends the information of the car and the customer to email addresses that are put in by admin. Admin should be able to add delete and edit email addresses I also need this to have a membership sign up where dealers can sign up for a fee. admin should be able to change and edit membership fees
