Build my online store with Magento

Integrate the theme and look of my online site onto my online shop that will be powered by Magento. Currently I have a website ([login to view URL]). There is link for my store (boutique) and this is where I will host the Magento driven store. I already have Magento installed on my server. I am looking for someone to copy the theme of my site to create the store, providing place holders for images and text for me to sell items. The provider is NOT expected to populate the individual items - I shall do that after the store is built. The site needs to be totally retail-ready (payment methods etc) in order to complete this job.
