Hello, I would be able to fix the issue in the Asp file or form. Since it is also not sending the mails there may be chance that there is a problem with the SMTP services in the server where the application is hosted.

I worked more than 5 year with classic asp before switching to C# and ASP.NET. It's pretty important to check what component are its your client using for sending email, must of them are deprecated in current versions of IIS.

I am happy to dig into the project and help you. I started my career with ASP and VB Code writing from scratch. I am sure the ASP must be using VB code, otherwise it must be using java script to send email. let me get into the code and help you fix and teach you if you are interested.
