Build an Online Store/spree and extension

I am looking to setup a brand new spree (gem) store with an extension to sell lanyards in a way similar to this design facility. [login to view URL] It does not need to be exactly the same and the colour selections will be a predefined range,. There must be the option to download the logo file if uploaded All other sale items can be handled by inbuilt spree. It must be cross browser compatible and easy to customise via CSS etc.
