Awesome All Round Virtual Assistant Needed

Hi There, I'm looking for an all round virtual assistant that has skills with HTML/WordPress, Photoshop, keyword research and ideally some online marketing skills like AdWords/SEO. I run a couple of fun online businesses and am looking for a righthand team member to help me that's very ambitious to learn about online marketing. I'm very experienced in online marketing so would love to share that with someone that I can trust. Ideally you'll have good skills in one of the areas mentioned and are willing to learn in the other areas. I'm more than happy to give you access to online courses/eBooks to learn more. Very Important: I'm looking for someone that is very fast to respond on Skype/Email when they are working. Also very important: I want someone that is obsessed with online marketing and business that wants to learn more and become amazing at what they do. I'm either looking for someone part time or full time. I'm based in Sydney, so you'll need to be available at some point during the day Australia time, e.g. a 4-8 hour block sometime between Sydney/Australia time from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, e.g. 6AM - 2PM or 10AM - 7PM
