Hello. You cannot simply send an email from client-side Angular. You need a server that handles requests from client-side and processes them to send an email. The easiest path is to fire a web hook elsewhere (Zapier or IFTTT), but it will cost you some (reasonable but not zero) money. I consider you need not only a form set up to handle submit button press (which is done in 1 hour in Angular, not a hard task) but also the server extended with this feature.
In Angular, you need to a) catch and block submit button press (which is simply made via controller and ng-click="function_name()"), and b) to send a request to server (which is typically done via $http variable passed to a controller).
So, the questions:
1. What server (or kind of it) you have or prepare to deploy?
2. Would you like to integrate with external webhook service or send an email via your own server?
