Introduction Solution99 is currently searching for a supplier to develop an online b2b platform to allow Sales Agents immediately and instantly book hotels, transfers, excursions, car rental, activities and other related services. Objectives The online system should: • Be easily accessible ‐ The system is accessible online and requires no software installation. • Offer Easy booking procedures with instant confirmations. • Provide Instant quotes automatically calculated by the system. • Be Easy to use and intuitive. • Automatically raise clients’ invoices based on rules setup at the client level based on X days after booking / before‐after check‐in / before‐after check‐out etc. • Have a complete back office solution that allows the management of product, suppliers, clients, mark ups, bookings and documentation. • Have a comprehensive reporting and business intelligence tool that allows us to run our businesses efficiently. Development Specifications The online system should be developed based on the following specifications: Product Management • Automates all complex rules that hoteliers provide in their contracts, including child age policies, mandatory and optional supplements, minimum and maximum stay rules, cancellation policies and room occupancy rules. • Every type of discount, promotion and special offer can be loaded as a rule which the system automatically validates and calculates accurately. • All combinability of discounts, promotions & supplement can be configured. • Handles allocation and free sale management for room types and release dates which can further be sub‐allocated by products, clients and packages. • Easily generates a hotel tariff report that shows all the contract information with all the rules in one place which can be used for verification of the data entry. • Handles all kinds of services, including different vehicle types for transfers, sight‐seeing, excursions, etc. • Packages hotel & service elements with either dynamic pricing or fixed pricing. Content Management • Upload pictures/videos of hotels, services and packages. • Store information about your hotels and ability to search based on activity preferences (Beach / Diving / Family/ Weddings etc.) • Associate facilities at hotel & room type level. • Pictures and description for hotels, rooms and services. • Optional: Map‐based searches for users to be able to drill‐down from regions to cities to hotels based on maps.
