A great project for the right person - WEB DESIGN

Hello everyone, I am putting up this project in order to find a skilled assistant or team to help me with my project. I want to find a team that can build a website for me and rank it very well. I will use this website to sell my ebook so I think it will be only 1-2-3 pages website. I don't know, I am not experienced with this, but please only bid if you did something similar in the past. My budget is 120$ for building the website and I want it to look excellent. Then, I will have a set budget of 100-150$ per month for promoting the website, and you must promise me that soon it will rank on Google front page. Again, this is a great project for the right person, so I expect you to show some enthusiasm in your bid. Bids without proposals will most likely be ignored. Please, show me examples of websites for eBooks that you built in the past and do me some promise on results. I want to discuss this project further with the right person. Also, it's to be mentioned that the book and graphics are done already. Therefore, I only need the website and SEO. So come up with a good idea for me. Thanks in advance.
