design some pages in PHP based on crude drawings done in MS paint (template provided)

PHP form designer This posting is for an entry level to intermediate PHP developer. We are looking for someone who can take a large number of basic drawings based on a PHP template and create the actual PHP/HTML pages from them. This is beginner to intermediate level job at best. The only skills/experience required are PHP and HTML. Exposure/ understanding of Code Igniter is preferred but not required. Preference is given to those that are used to working in the Jira ticketing system or similar. Please be aware this is a pay per hour type job.
