create a music video for TV and web to promote a small business

I have a number of video clips and a music license for a song. I need someone to create a video with the clips and music and to add a little blurb, my business logo, and contact info at the end of the video. I would actually like a long version of the video and a shortened version (can use the longer version and just cut it at an appropriate point). The long video will need to be at least 60 seconds, the short version needs to be 30 seconds. I'll want to be able to use this video for both a possible TV commercial and for web use (FB, website, etc.). I'm not uploading anything at this point, because I have quite a few video clips, and they will require access via a site like [login to view URL] or via FTP, due to the file sizes. I can, however, send links to music videos that might offer an idea of what I have in mind for this project. (I will send these to the person or company that I agree to give the project to.) The music video I have in mind will have a happy/uplifting tone. It involves video clips of pets, mostly dogs and cats. It is to promote a very small professional pet care service. Looking for someone who can relate to this type of project and will find it fun and rewarding to produce. Someone with a very creative mind is preferred, as opposed to someone who is strictly professional. Please do not bid on this project if you do not intend to follow through. I prefer to work with someone local, as I've not had very good experiences trying to hire someone outside the U.S.
