We are starting a company in Denver CO and need to create a LLC to buy, fix, hold and sell undervalued or distressed real estate in the Denver and Phoenix, AZ metro areas. Our philosophy needs to be reflected in the name/brand and logo. We do not want to be limited in the number and variety of real estate property and related service revenue opportunities. Build property portfolios with specific criteria to hold or sell to other investors 2. Build a proprietary system that is scalable and adaptable in many markets 3. Build networks of agents, contractors, bankers, attorneys, and other real estate professionals that will follow, improve and grow our system 4. Create service and products to support the real estate investment life-cycle in local, national, and international markets Once we have our name, brand and logo established we will need to produce some digital and print marketing materials. Then a website and SEO to attract real estate agents and other investors to our network. Our goal is to complete this first step by February 10th.
