changes to wordpress search page

on the search page I will need:
[ ] search bar on search not working - searching from the search page (with the large bar) does not work
[ ] 2nd search bar on search bar - click in the area on top of the magnifying glass, there is a second text box. this should be removed
[ ] search bar too big - should be smaller
[ ] search pagination not working on the bottom of the page
[ ] default images working on the search sidebar on the right can you let me know an estimate for getting this completed?
