-website graphical banner measuring roughly 800 pixels wide by 80 pixels high.
-must have the creativity to take a vague description and make it into something eye-catching and unique.
-banner must look fairly 'busy', however the title must stand out.
-must beable to complete work with 1 week.
-please include 2 quotes
QUOTE 1: a static pic with the above in mind.
QUOTE 2: a static pic PLUS a flash banner with the static pic being the base. The flash part would have some moving parts to make the banner stand out, plus highlighting each letter of the title in sequence.
If you give 1 quote only i will assume you can only provide the first service and that your quote is for that.
