banner design for a website

We are looking for a graphic artist to design a website banner for insertion into an existing website. The particulars: - The website is for a high-end massage (RMT) clinic - The banner dimensions are 800 x 120 - Our logo and wordmark must be incorporated into the design (source files and fonts will be provided to the successful bidder). - The design should reflect the overall branding of the site. - The supplied content must be original and not in use with other clients or businesses. - The finished product should contain serveral related photo elements. - We will pay the fee for any reasonably priced stock photograpy, as needed. Above all we are looking for clean & polished, professional and a look and feel that reflects a reputable, established and exlusive client base.
