The site can be very well based on a template, that's not a problem.
1. You have two types of users (carriers, senders) at the sign up/login+ admin.
2. Static pages: About Us, Contact us, Terms of Use, Privacy & Security, FAQ
3. After registration, carriers gets emails with new goods added to the website and send their bid to the sender.
4. After registration, Senders gets to post loads on the websites. Then they receive the bids from carriers directly on their mail.
5. Advertisements. Admin can add ads for transport companies.

8. Statistics on the home page showing: no of carriers, no of senders, no of available loads today, total number of loads etc
