Develop a proposal

ONSTREAM is presenting a proposal to deliver a high level, 30-year "smart city" strategy for a premium real estate developer in the mid-Atlantic region. Your help will enable our proposal to have a look and feel, which will compete with large consultancies and advisory companies. Scope of work summary o Provide page layout and graphical design/integration for a proposal, approximately 13 pages and 3,000 words o Provide two template graphics, which will be repeated/modified through the proposal  “Word cloud” (or similar, based on your suggestions and design)  Project timeline “chevron” (or similar, based on your suggestions and design) o Provide 4-6 additional custom graphics based on the text  Swimlane diagram  Road map  Others TBD based on client and contractor input Please review the attachment in detail. I know that we're already behind the schedule that's defined in the document, and I'm very interested in your approach to revoer that time. Your initial response should indicate an understanding of what's expected and should explicitly accept the rules of engagement and project phasing/payment plan.
