Develop my Wordpress photoagency site

I have a test website, [login to view URL], which runs off these plugins: [login to view URL] (please review the demos on there to see how it all functions) I need it customising to do the following: 1) i. The uploader in the vender area is modified to allow contributors to upload a set of photos, rather then one at a time. The contributors are able to modify the title and caption of the photos, which subsequently modifies the title and caption in the photos IPTC data. When they upload their photos they come through on the wordpress back end as a draft, so that the admin can check to make sure the captioning is all correct. Certain contributors photos will however go straight to being live - these are people we know never get the captioning wrong. We need to therefore be able to modify the IPTC data as well. ii. Users are able to set whether or not to have a credit before submitting the photos: by default, it will be their name, so for example my credit would display on the frontend as 'Olly Stabler/RMV'. However, on occasion, we will need photos to go out under a 'no byline' (byline = credit) option - please see 5) for a function related to this. 2) The contributors supplier code is displayed on sales reports. 3) Prices are only viewable by our clients once they have logged in. 4) Prices are set for each client, not for each photo. A photo is instead assigned to 2 different pricing bands, 'Standard' or 'Exclusive', with the licence functionality being able to be assigned to both pricing bands. There would be a default price for each new client, with us then able to modify the price for each of the 2 pricing bands. 5) We send all of our photos on to 2 sub agencies (we will be adding more) via FTP. With one of the agencies we have 2 accounts - 1 account which has it's credit set at 'RMV' and then another where there is no credit. In the 'add new media' section we need a way to select which sub agents and accounts to send to, with the default being our first account with the RMV credit. However, if a contributor were to select 'no byline' when uploading, the default would be the account with no credit on.
