Develop a Corporate Identity

We are team of 2 friends and planning to set up our own e commerce platform as well as retail shops. We are engaged in jewellery field from past 15 years covering most of the areas of expertise such as sales, retail, production & design. Our plan is to explore 3D printing technology and use it to solve daily problems of people by providing them creatively designed products. Our interest is in jewellery, home decor, interior, furniture, fashion etc . We have already started small scale business of selling silver jewellery without any market research with company name as "The Velvet Box". Later on we came to know that this name is common. If you search it in goggle, another group already carries this name for selling adult toys. One one side this may be negative impact but on other side this may help us as we are only one will have this name to sell products we are interested in. Hence we are confused. I need suggestions whether to carry same name or change it. Also we need advise whether we should carry only one name or different name as per product category. In this case we need help in creating logo, company name, brand names, corporate identity, stationary etc. We want to create something new, creative products which can help in solving daily problems.
