Design a set of decal graphics

Seeking a graphic designer to create multiple decal sets.
Will provide needed text & fonts, logo graphic file, correct colors and dimensions.
Designer needs to scale provided files to correct size, change file formats and generate end product in a format we can send to vinyl laser printer.
We view this project as being pretty simple, but long term we're seeking a talented designer that can provide us more in depth work such as unique background art, etc.
Please provide your cost estimate and portfolio examples.
