Design 2 related logos and a business card (and future develope of full branding)

We need branding for 2 companies that works together: Fantastique Company & Visionique Studio Common to both companies: Time in market: None, new creation. We have been working as freelancers for 5 years. Size of the company: 5-10 workers. Market: International, mainly Europe. Keywords: Creation, Scene, Technology, Collaborative work About Fantastique Company [ A theatre Company ] Definition: Focused on artistic, new media and techology scenic productions. Market: Theatres, culture audiences. Tarjets: Adults and Kids as audience, cultural producers. About Visionique Studio [ A creative Studio producing audiovisual stage live shows ] Definition: We offer solutions for other theatre companies, bands, and events. Products: Videomapping, interactive projections, videoclips for live shows and djs, artistic interactive installations Market: Business to business: Theatre companies, Music agencies, Event agencies. Tarjets: Other companies and agencies producers. Requirements: - 2 Logos well integrated (conceptually and graphically). - 2 sided business card design, one side for each company. Allowed: multiple colours layered cardboad, perforation, presure mark, etc. Desired: - Clean and actual design, professional looking. - A clear concept that links both logos. - Avoid a lot of different colours, and intrincated illustrations. We look for simple and well defined forms. - Main use is on Social Networks (squared tiny icon), so logos has to work on web/print AND on social media icon size (little and square). If not, we need a logo AND square variation. // Detailed description of the concept: We are a theatre company focused on innovative audiovisual creations.. We're searching an actual look in culture and arts sector, remarking a bit our sense of "technology". We're not looking for an icon with a "usb", thats not the idea!. Just use the correct font, so if you look the logo and have to say if its an old century company or a company that uses visuals, interactive technology and programming, be sure that it's the second. Must be an elegant and friendly logo in arts sector, not a "technology industry" logo. Fantastique Company has a R+I departement, and we has been asked for selling our innovations to other companies and music shows (electronic music, djs, bands...), thats why we created a 2nd company: Visionique Studio. Visionique Studio, on the other hand, must have a more technological and high-end look.
