I need a 3D ish map of North America like the one here:

with points on the map as well as 1 zoomed in section like the top zoom circle. I attached our current map ([url removed, login to view]). The same points should be on the North America map. The zoom map will be similar to the top circle. Prefer the map not to be so monotone.

Don't want a pre-built Google Maps map. Want it to look like the one in the link above but nicer.

Bonus marks if you can make it animated and show the North America map without the zoom and have it gradually pop out and display. (not necessary but would be nice)
