Design handful of icons and backgrounds for an iOS app

Need a few Halloween themed iOS backgrounds as well as some pumpkins, bats, and other Halloween characters created that will be used within the app. I would also like an icon for the home screen that will represent the title and say "Flippin Dots Halloween Edition" this icon should also fall into the Halloween theme. The backgrounds must be created for both the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus, and the iPad air/air2.
As an example of what you will be working on check out the link. The Halloween characters that you create will replace the "Falling Dots".
