Design a full title page for a Word magazine

I need a fresh new cover design for my online magazine. I need it to be fully editable and designed on microsoft word 2016, I will then convert to pdf. It must be in colour, have no margins so all page should be fully covered and I should be able to fully edit all the text and also add in new photos and replace the existing photos. I am including samples and a copy of my current magazine title cover in word for ideas. I am looking for the new design to be much better and more eye catching than this. I expect the design to be completed in less than 3 days. If you can send me a jpg of your idea and it is good then we can certainly move from there. I am attaching aa copy of my logo which i need on the design and also some images you might find useful although I am happy for you to use your own also. My budget is approv $15
