Design a 'for sale' sign that gives a feeling of exclusivity

Hi I'm looking for a real estate 'for sale' sign design that is upscale and gives a feeling of exclusivity. Using the colours black, white, grey and burgundy (please see attached sample). The key here is that the layout, font type, and use of available colour together give off a feeling of "classy" without going over the top. What I'm looking for is a refined and confident kind of classy. Ideally you you have some previous education and or experience doing this kind of work, and could provide a final product quickly (a mockup this evening, and final product Sunday evening). I can provide the content and size once I've picked a freelancer to work with. The final product you'd be giving me is a photoshop file with all the layers that I can modify myself, and a print ready-file that follows the attached guidelines from the print shop.
